No-bake Chocolate cashew crunch bars by @_healthy_desserts_

Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 4 chocolate-covered rice cakes
  • 2 tbsp 0f like air Pancake puffcorn
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

For the chocolate topping:

  • 1/3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 awake peanut butter chocolate bites (use Code “HEALTHYDESSERTS” for 25% off of all awake products)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, crumble the rice cakes and like air pancake puffcorn into small chunks
  2. Add cashew butter, milk, and agave syrup to mixture and stir well
  3. Transfer mixture to A lined container and press down until flat and even
  4. Melt awake peanut butter chocolate bites with coconut oil in the microwave. pour chocolate over the mixture
  5. Freeze for 1 hour
  6. Enjoy!
